• Business risk assurance and advisory work across a range of industries including marketing services, manufacturing, utilities, distribution, technology and retail.

• Budgeting and forecasting in highly complex business structures, utilising stretch targets and policy deployment to ensure business strategy is achieved.

• Merger and acquisition activity including preparation of vendor documentation and data rooms, assessment of acquisition targets from due diligence through negotiation of heads of terms to completion, integration and earn out monitoring.

• Turnaround of businesses using lean methodologies, with focus on elimination of non-value-add processes in all areas.

• Implementation of visual management systems to support lean daily management of safety, quality, OTD and productivity targets.

• Structured management of Continuous Improvement Projects using a policy deployment framework ensuring adequate resourcing and monitoring of outcomes.
